ONTIMR CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY POLICY

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided by Signal Bench LLC (“Signal Bench,” “OnTimr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, and similar laws. It supplements the OnTimr Privacy Policy at https://api.ontimr.com/privacy, which explains the rest of our data practices.

1. WHAT CONSUMER HEALTH DATA MEANS FOR ONTIMR

OnTimr is a family scheduling app, not a healthcare service, and it does not ask for health information. Information you or your family choose to enter, or that your device shares when location sharing is on, can nevertheless reveal health-related information—for example, an event titled “Dentist,” a note about a medication, a photo of an appointment card, or a location at a clinic. We treat that information as consumer health data.

2. CATEGORIES OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA WE COLLECT

- Health-related information that you or your family members enter in events, reminders, notes, messages, AI chats, or attachments.
- Precise location, saved places, and place names that could indicate an attempt to obtain health services, when a device user has turned on location sharing or saved a place.

3. SOURCES

- You and the members of your family, when you enter or upload information.
- Your device, when you have turned on location sharing.

4. PURPOSES

We collect and use consumer health data only as necessary to provide the features you request—such as showing your schedule, reminders, and location to your family and answering your AI requests—and to secure the Service and comply with law. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

5. SHARING

We share consumer health data only:

- with the members of your family, as you direct through the app;
- with the service providers listed in section 4.3 of our Privacy Policy, such as Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, OpenAI when you use the AI assistant, and Google Maps Platform for maps and places, only as needed to provide those features; and
- where required by law or valid legal process.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not implement geofences around healthcare facilities to identify or track people seeking health services, collect consumer health data, or send them messages or advertisements. Saved-place geofences that you create are used only on your device to recognize your own arrivals and departures for location updates.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it;
- obtain a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we share it, with their contact information;
- request that we delete it; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

Email signalbench@gmail.com with the subject “Health Data Request.” We may verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary. You may appeal a denial by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General (https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint) or the attorney general of your state.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. CHANGES

We will post any changes to this policy at https://api.ontimr.com/consumer-health-data with a new effective date. If a change would let us collect or share consumer health data in a way that requires consent, we will ask for that consent first.
